How to be a good listener?
This Friday we are moving again, piecing back together any fragments of ourselves that have been lost. We will be diving into how we listen to our bodies, how we listen to our intuition, how we listen to a partner or friend, how we listen in groups. Is it easy to hear/know what you need or want and to express this? Do you find yourself turning away from the voice and getting caught up in distractions/ social media as a way of not hearing what wants to be heard? We live in an age of bombardment of the senses; phones pinging, e-mails queueing, messages waiting and so how can we learn to unplug from this and reconnect to the voice that matters most? The internal voice that soothes, nurtures and that really connects us to our truth and others in an empathetic, compassionate and generous way.
